Terms and Conditions for Abstract Submission
By submitting an abstract to the 54th European Mathematical Genetics Meeting, you agree to the following terms:
- Copyright and Usage Rights
- You confirm that you are the author of the submitted abstract or that you hold all necessary rights to submit it.
- By submitting, you grant the organisers of the 54th European Mathematical Genetics Meeting a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to publish, reproduce, and distribute your abstract in printed and electronic formats, including in an abstract booklet with an ISBN and a DOI.
- Copyright remains with the authors.
- Content Responsibility
- You are fully responsible for the content of your abstract, including compliance with scientific standards and legal requirements, such as data protection and third-party rights.
- The organisers accept no liability for the content of submitted abstracts.
- Editing and Formatting
- The organisers reserve the right to edit abstracts for spelling, grammar, or formatting without altering the scientific content.
- Abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines or violate legal requirements may be rejected without explanation.
- Publication and Accessibility
- Accepted abstracts of registered participants will be published in the official abstract booklet of the 54th European Mathematical Genetics Meeting, which may be distributed in print and made available online.
- By submitting, you consent to the publication of your name, affiliation, and abstract.
- Data Protection
- Personal data collected as part of the submission process will be used solely for organising and conducting the conference. Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Davos, Switzerland.
Each presenter is allowed to submit only one abstract.
Use of Images and Recordings
During the 54th European Mathematical Genetics Meeting, photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organisers or authorised persons. By attending the meeting, you agree that such images may be used for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes, such as on the conference website or on social media, without compensation.

Conference:
≥ 30 days prior to event: no fees will apply
10-29 days prior to event: 50% of the total conference fees will apply
< 10 days prior to event: no refund
